The airport is integrated into Tuscany’s road system with direct access from the Florence-Pisa motorway (‘Pisa Centro-Aeroporto’ exit), the A12 Genoa-Rosignano highway (‘Pisa Centro’ exit), the A11 Florence - Pisa North highway (via the ‘Pisa Nord’ ramp to the A12) and the SS1 Aurelia state road.
