PRIVACY STATEMENT UNDER SECTION 13 OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE (Italian legislative decree no. N.196/2003)

In accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) ,
SAT (Società Aeroporto Toscano) S.p.A. wish to inform you that the handling of your personal
data, will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your
privacy and your rights.
Under Section 13 of the said regulations, we hereby provide the following information:
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are processed in order to respond to your requests for information on Business
Activities and Catering and their related services, to offer trade deals as a result of a request, to
manage all stages of pre-contractual and contractual services mentioned above.
DATA CONTROLLER AND METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING
Società Aeroporto Toscano "G. Galilei" S.p.A. located in Pisa at Piazzale D'Ascanio n.1, as data
controller, collects and processes your personal data provided during the current registration for
specific services that you can apply, using forms, automated and telematics and strictly related to
the purposes stated above. The data controller has appointed the data processors (of whom, with
respect to internet activity, you can see below the updated list). The data controller and the data
processors (as specifically stated in the updated list above) can provide information on the links /
navigation to respond to any requests by the judicial or other public institutions entitled to request
such information.
The data you provided will be kept only for the period required for execution of requests made,
except that user requires the cancellation or modification of data, as provided in Section 7 of the
Legislative Decree 196/2003. Your data will be kept to comply with specific legal obligations.
CONSEQUENCES OF MISSING DATA AND NON-AGREE TO THE PROCESSING
The providing of your personal data is always optional, however, in the absence of data marked
with an * in the form which has recalled this privacy statement and any subsequent models in the
collection, the service or part thereof cannot be supplied and you do not enjoy the required
services.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You can always exercise your right under Section 7 of D. LGS. No 196 /'03, including the right of
free access to data, the immediately updated or canceled of it for violating the law, to object to the
processing of your data for purposes of commercial information or advertising, and to request the
list complete and updated of all the data processors .
WHO CAN BE AWARE OF YOUR DATA
The data collected with this registration will be processed by persons in charge of the processing in
the management of the services required and by data processors in the above list. This privacy
statement can be supplemented with additional information depending on the requested service.
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties to comply with legal obligations or to comply
with orders from public authorities or to exercise a right in court. They are also communicated to
outside companies for the pursuit of those purposes for which they were collected.
