Social Responsibility - SA8000

In 2003, SAT was one of the first Italian companies to adapt its operations to the international standard of Social Responsibility.

The SA8000:2008 standard monitors the "social performance" of the company towards its employees.

The granting of this certification proves the company's attitude towards fairness, its respect of all social rights in full compliance with the norms set forth in the standard.

A commission composed of a company representative and three personnel representatives (elected by the staff) meets on a regular basis in order to ensure full compliance with the standard.
